How to play Block Puzzle

Read the aim of Block Puzzle, then make your first move. Place pieces and clear rows/columns until no offered shape fits. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions. Compare the starting position with the example in the Guide. Use the example below to understand a decision.

Place shapes on an 8×8 board and clear full lines. The round ends when none of the current shapes fits.

Try a deliberate move

After a move, check what changed. Decide which rule explains the new state before acting again. Notice the feedback after each input.

Your goal

Place pieces and clear rows/columns until no offered shape fits. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Review the board or playing area as it changes.

Step by step

  1. Select a shape.
  2. Select its top-left board position.

  4. Use all three offered pieces to receive a new set.

Controls

A useful example

One placement can clear both a row and a column. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Verify the rule before continuing.

Watch out for this
